Cheese, Milk and Dairy: Introduction

Marketing standards in England for the milk and milk products listed in sections (a) to (f) of the table at Annex 1, Part XVI of retained EU law Regulation (EU) 1308/2013 are subject to section 37 and Schedule 4 of the Agriculture Act 2020 under which regulations may be made to regulate standards. The products listed include milk, cream, cheese, buttermilk, yoghurt and kephir.
