The production of fruit jams, jellies and marmalades, sweetened chestnut puree, fruit curd, lemon cheese, flavoured curd and mincemeat in England are subject to The Jam and Similar Products (England) Regulations 2003. The 2003 Regulations do not apply to specified products intended for use in the manufacture of bakery products, pastries and biscuits.
